Good morning. Your scripture memory for May is Hebrews 12:2 (NIV). The theme is Jesus, the author and finisher.

Daily Practice:

Spelling

  • Phonograms, use phonogram cards or app.
  • Practice sounding out P3 spelling list words, and identify the syllables and phonograms within each word.
  • Practice writing out weekly spelling list words, (read, say, write without looking).
  • Spelling City activity or game (optional).
  • *Take the test on Friday, and submit.

Reading

  • 15 minutes of storybook reading, your chose, (own story, or from Epic Kids or Raz-kids).

Math

  • Practice skip counts and multiplication facts.
  • Try saying the skip counts to an adult, with no mistakes.
  • *I will be checking this week during our video call.
  • Do weekly Math assignment, this week more Bar graph practice. Submit on Friday

After watching the above two videos for Social Studies and Science, write in your Journal exercise book 5 facts you have learned about the Inuit way of life or how Igloos keep you warm. Remember your date, title and 5 full sentences. Include a picture, draw with pencil and colour with pencil crayon. Submit by Friday.
